We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Interim CEO.

Duties

This visionary Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for planning and directing all credit union activities in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors. The selected candidate will provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of annual goals and objectives in accordance with the philosophy, mission, strategy and vision of San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union. The Interim CEO is tasked with monitoring the assets and liabilities of the Credit Union, including the loan and investment portfolios and key performance ratios in order to obtain maximum return at minimal risk This individual will keep abreast of economic, regulatory, and industry changes which may affect the Credit Union, keep the Board apprised of such changes and their impact on the membership and financial condition of the Credit Union, and provide guidance and make recommendations to assist the Board in determining short and log-term objectives for the Credit Union.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus ten years of related work experience at the senior management level. Experience as a Credit Union CEO/COO is highly desirable. MBA/CPA preferred.
